James graduated from
San Diego State University in 1993, receiving a
B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
He worked for Grubb and Ellis while in college
and moved to East County Properties / ECP Commercial
in 1993. He was a sales associate/broker at ECP
Commercial from 1993 to February 2001. While at
ECP Commercial, James was the top producer for
1998, 1999, and 2000. To date, James has completed
over 400 million dollars in sales and lease transactions.
He is proud to be on the Board of Directors for
the Boys & Girls Clubs of East County, Downtown
El Cajon's CDC, and the Little House Foundation.
James currently owns a number of industrial and
office properties in East County.

Chris has been active

18 years. She was a principal owner of Owsley-Kugler
Realty prior to joining Inland Pacific. Chris has
consistently been one of the top-producing Brokers

Mick graduated from
the University of California, Davis in 1999 with
a degree in Political Science. After a brief stint
as a legislative intern in the California State Legislature,
Mick turned to the investment industry. He worked
in the investment/equities industry from 2000 - 2002
as a writer/analyst for a local investment newsletter
and a researcher/portfolio manager for a private
money management firm in La Jolla , CA . Mick has
been with Inland Pacific Commercial Properties since
2002 and specializes in the East San Diego County
industrial market.

Robbie joined Inland
Pacific in 2005. He received his B.A. from Cal State
San Marcos in 2003. Robbie comes to Inland Pacific
after a successful career as a Behavioral Support
Specialist supporting children with Autism for the
San Diego Unified School District. He is a San Diego
native with extensive knowledge of the East County
market.

Steve Brown received
his BA in Business Management from San Diego State
University in 1997 and his MBA from SDSU in 2001. He
spent 11 years working for the Department of Defense
as a program manager. A lifetime East County
resident, he joined Inland Pacific in early 2008. He
is a member of El Cajon’s Economic & Arts
Development Committee. Steve has
a strong understanding of the East County market
and specializes in office, industrial, and investment
sales and leasing.

Tamara Brown joined

Rocket Glass serves
as an agent for Inland Pacific Commercial Properties,
specializing in the leasing and sale of office and
industrial properties.
Prior to joining Inland Pacific, Rocket served
as a sales and leasing agent for Trinity Commercial
Real Estate in La Mesa, California as well as for
Sperry Van Ness Realty Advisors. While there he
successfully obtained multiple property listings,
developed significant tenant representation relationships,
led deal negotiations, developed marketing programs
and created advertising campaigns.
Prior to moving to California, Rocket served as
a project manager for a company specializing in
residential real estate development in Maui, Hawaii,
where he oversaw the purchase, repositioning, and
construction of properties, which also included
the marketing for sale and lease of such properties.
Rocket was born and raised in Hawaii where he
gained a strong value for community and personal
relationships. With additional background
in hospitality management, he brings the ability
to adapt to changing situations with ease as well
as a strong emphasis in customer service.
